Anxiety & General Support

Therapy is a space to practice non-judgemental self-awareness. Through our work together you'll identify causes of difficult emotions, spots where you may feel stuck, what you want for your life and how to get it. In addition to other specialties listed I have education, experience and training around the following issues:
