FEES & INSURANCE
Services and Fees:
50-minute Session Rate: $200- $250*
*Fees are based on my years of practice, credentials, training and community standards. Sliding scale rates are reflective of annual income, and reduced fee slots may be available on a limited basis for individuals experiencing financial hardship. I strongly encourage you contact me with any questions around fees.
I am currently in-network with PacificSource health plans.
If you have Out-Of-Network benefits with a different insurer you may be able to get reimbursed for all or part of our sessions. I'm happy to provide a SuperBill for this.
Payment is expected at the time of your visit and can be made by credit card.
Good Faith Estimate Notice and the "No Surprises Act," for Clients Paying Without Insurance:
Under the No Surprises Act when clients who don’t have or aren't using insurance, all healthcare providers must provide an estimate of expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your therapist, and any other healthcare provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, and/or at any time during treatment.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
