Adult ADHD

Difficulty focusing and paying attention can create a complex web of challenges and frustrations. Often the symptoms of ADHD leave people feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed and alone. It may be hard to keep up with work, chores, school, social and family obligations. You might feel you’re letting yourself or others down, or struggling to demonstrate your full potential. I specialize in working with adults with ADHD, as well as their partners and loved ones. Together we can work on:

  • Developing a clear understanding of ADHD and your own unique experience of it

  • Learning new tools to enhance executive functioning, organization, coping and communication

  • Reducing your inner critic: accepting a diagnosis for yourself or a loved one

  • Strengthening relationships

  • Identifying and capitalizing on your own unique strengths
