Young Adults and
Life Transitions

College students and young adults often find themselves at a profound crossroads. Along with countless opportunities for growth come many new, sometimes overwhelming challenges. Many people feel taken off-guard or unprepared for the range of responsibilities, experiences and emotions. I work with clients over 18 years of age around:

  • Increasing self-esteem, self-awareness and confidence

  • Adapting to increased freedom and responsibility

  • Deciding what you want to do with your future

  • Understanding and processing difficult family history to make space for becoming your own person

  • Learning different kinds of time-management and academic strategies for success

  • Adjusting to new living situations and places

  • Navigating dating and relationships

  • Mastering college with a neurodiversity, disability or learning difference, such as ADHD or autism (Aspergers)

I also work with adults around many other key areas of life transition, including but not limited to:

  • Relationships

  • Moving

  • Career

  • Family
